How to Use:
Test for Size: Place the mouthguard over upper teeth to check the fit. Trim if needed.
Practice Fit: Have your child press the mouthguard to the roof of their mouth with their tongue while biting down.
Boil and Bite:
Place the mouthguard in near-boiling water for 10 seconds.
Remove with a spoon, shake off excess water.
Insert immediately and bite down firmly but gently.
Mold:
Suck the mouthguard into place by pressing the tongue against the roof of the mouth.
Use your fingers to mold the sides around the teeth.
Cool: Immerse in cold water to set the shape.
Repeat if Necessary: If the fit isn't right, repeat the process until it is.

Care Instructions:
After each use, wash the mouthguard in a mild antiseptic solution.
Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly before storing it in its container.
